Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the OneGigs platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

Platform Purpose

OneGigs is a marketplace platform designed to connect talent — including models, comedians, speakers, hosts, musicians, and artists — with coordinators and organizers looking to book talent for events and opportunities.

User Responsibilities

All users of the OneGigs platform agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Conduct themselves professionally at all times
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
• Respect agreements made with other users on the platform

Payments & Transactions

OneGigs may process payments or facilitate transactions between users. Platform fees may apply to certain transactions. Users are responsible for honoring agreed-upon booking terms and fulfilling payment obligations.

No Employment Relationship

Use of the OneGigs platform does not create an employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership relationship between OneGigs and any user. Talent users are independent contractors, not employees of OneGigs.

User Content

Users retain ownership of content they upload to the platform. However, by uploading content, you grant OneGigs a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote content associated with your profile for platform and marketing purposes.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on OneGigs:

• Engaging in fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
• Harassing or abusing other users
• Uploading unlawful, hateful, or explicit content
• Circumventing platform systems or payment processes
• Violating intellectual property rights

Platform Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. OneGigs may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

Limitation of Liability

OneGigs is not liable for:

• Disputes between users
• Booking outcomes or performance issues
• Lost profits or revenue
• Indirect or consequential damages of any kind

Users interact and contract with one another at their own discretion and risk.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OneGigs and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms of Service.

Termination

OneGigs reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, without prior notice or liability.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
