Booking Agreement
When a coordinator posts an opportunity and a talent accepts, or when a direct booking is confirmed through the platform, both parties enter into a binding booking agreement. OneGigs facilitates this connection but is not a party to the agreement.
Coordinator Responsibilities
Coordinators and organizers who post opportunities agree to:
- Provide accurate event details including date, location, duration and compensation
- Honor agreed-upon payment terms with talent
- Communicate professionally and respond in a timely manner
- Not post misleading, fraudulent, or exploitative opportunities
Talent Responsibilities
Talent users who accept bookings agree to:
- Fulfill confirmed booking commitments
- Communicate any issues or conflicts in a timely manner
- Represent their skills, experience, and availability accurately
- Conduct themselves professionally at all events and engagements
Cancellations
Cancellation policies are agreed upon between talent and coordinators at the time of booking. OneGigs strongly recommends that all parties clearly communicate and document cancellation terms before confirming a booking. OneGigs is not responsible for disputes arising from cancellations.
Payment Terms
Payment arrangements are made directly between talent and coordinators unless otherwise processed through the OneGigs platform. Users agree to:
- Honor agreed-upon rates and payment timelines
- Not circumvent platform payment systems where applicable
- Resolve payment disputes directly or through platform support
Disputes
In the event of a dispute between talent and coordinator, both parties are encouraged to resolve the matter directly and professionally. OneGigs may assist in facilitating communication but is not responsible for the resolution of disputes or any financial outcomes.
Platform Fees
OneGigs may charge platform fees for certain transactions or premium features. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated before a transaction is processed. By completing a transaction, users agree to the applicable fee structure.
Limitation of Liability
OneGigs acts solely as a marketplace facilitator and is not liable for:
- The quality or outcome of any booking or performance
- Non-payment or payment disputes between users
- Cancellations or no-shows by either party
- Any damages arising from the booking relationship

If you experience issues with a booking, fraudulent activity, or a violation of these Booking Terms, please contact our support team immediately. We take all reports seriously and will investigate appropriately.
