Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the OneGigs platform independently. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and truthful.

Account Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity conducted under their account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information during registration and profile creation. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.

Professional Conduct

All users are expected to interact respectfully and professionally with other platform members. The following behaviors may result in immediate account suspension or termination:

• Harassment or discrimination of any kind
• Scams or fraudulent activity
• Inappropriate conduct toward other users
• Misrepresentation of identity or credentials

Talent Accounts

Talent users understand and acknowledge that:

• Profile visibility and booking opportunities are not guaranteed
• Platform exposure depends on profile completeness and activity
• OneGigs does not guarantee any minimum number of bookings

Coordinator / Organizer Accounts

Coordinator and organizer users agree to:

• Post only legitimate and genuine booking opportunities
• Provide accurate event details and budget information
• Honor commitments made to talent through the platform

Content & Media

By uploading photos, videos, or any content to OneGigs, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the content, or have explicit permission to use and share it
• You grant OneGigs a non-exclusive license to display uploaded content for marketplace and promotional purposes
• The content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws

Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in the following activities on the platform:

• Post false or misleading opportunities
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Upload illegal, explicit, or harmful content
• Attempt to bypass platform payments or protections
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

Account Termination

OneGigs reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Registration Terms, without prior notice. Terminated users may not re-register without express written permission.
